I loved the bathroom. All though it is small the shower is original to its time. The shower pan even has natural anti-slip with how it was made. I have been to 60 countries so far. For its location and size it is fantastic. I have been in much smaller rooms in New York and London. When people complain about the size I believe they are comparing to large chain hotels. I checked those places the nights I needed and they were three times as much. Everything about this hotel is cute and clean. What it lacks in size it makes up for in character.

The front desk staff and the manager is very friendly. They make you feel right at home. The check in is quick. The front desk lady was so sweet . She took up a heater for me to my room. So nice of her. The location is perfect, close to everything. There’s even a cafe. Easy to get to public transport. This was my 2nd time staying here. I highly recommend this hotel

If you want an affordable hotel in the center of San Francisco, this is the place. A clean hotelroom, friendly staff and right next to shops, restaurants and public transport facilities. Tip: visit David’s. It’s an old fashioned breakfast/lunch restaurant next to the hotel.

The location is great, close to Union Square, Market Street and the Moscone Center. The room in not big, but is very comfortable and clean. They have a discount for breakfast at David´s and the reception works 24h.

Nice cosy room suitable for myself as solo traveller. Really lovely helpful staff who are happy to give guidance and support, and keep everything safe. The diner right next to hotel has excellent omelettes.

This is an efficiently run hotel. We were able to leave our bags before check-in time. The room was small, but adequate. The hotel has many of the original features and so it has quite a lot of charm. It is a short walk to Chinatown, BART station, and the MOMA. The diner connected is a throwback to the mid-20th c and also very convenient.

The room is small but enough for one person. Location is great, close to a lot of Halal food options. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and considerate. JULIET and RONNIE both were great people. They assisted me with all i needed. Thank you guys for being kind.
